How to Prepare for Your Cleaning Visit
- Light tidying (the 5-item rule): You don’t need to clean before we arrive, but please clear clothes, toys, and paperwork. If an area has 5 or more items grouped together, our technicians will clean around them rather than moving personal belongings.
- Fresh bed linens: One bed linen change is included (and extra beds can be added to any package)! Simply leave clean sheets folded on the bed if you’d like us to change them.
- Pet safety: We love pets! Please secure any pet that may feel anxious or interfere with open doors and equipment while our two-person team works.
- Entry instructions: You don’t need to be home! Provide a door code, lockbox, or gate code on your booking profile so our crew can let themselves in and lock up when finished.
Services Outside Our Standard Scope
To protect the safety of our technicians and your home’s surfaces, the following items are not included:
- Full wall washing or paint scrubbing
- Laundry washing/folding or dishwashing
- Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
- Work above 6 feet (no ladders over 2 steps)
- Biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, or pest/rodent waste
- Post-construction debris, steam, or carpet extraction
- Exterior windows, garages, or outdoor patios
- Inside stocked cabinets, china cabinets, or curio shelves
- Fragile chandeliers or brittle aging blinds

Our 37-point Standard Clean maintains your home by dusting baseboards, doors, and window sills and spot-cleaning cabinets. Our 45-point Deep Clean includes all 37 Standard tasks plus hand-washing baseboards, doors, door frames, window sills, and cabinet fronts, pulling out large kitchen appliances, sofa vacuuming, and full floor edging.
What does Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning include that Deep Cleaning does not?
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty homes and adds cleaning inside the oven, cleaning inside the refrigerator, and cleaning inside all empty kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers on top of all Deep Clean scrubbing.
Can I add extras like inside the oven or fridge to any package?
Yes! Any extra—including cleaning inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, additional bed linen changes, or hand-washing baseboards and cabinet fronts—can be added onto any cleaning package.
How should I prepare my home before the crew arrives?
You never need to "clean before the cleaners come," but we do ask that you tidy up countertops and floors. If a surface has 5 or more personal items grouped together, our technicians will dust around them rather than moving them. Please also secure pets so our team can work safely and efficiently.
What if a spot is missed during my cleaning?
