If we ever miss a spot during your cleaning, contact our office by phone at (775) 993-1663 or email at office@laveracleaning.com within 24 hours of service completion. We will schedule a crew to return and re-clean the missed area free of charge.
Do you offer cash refunds instead of a re-clean?
We stand behind our workmanship by returning to make the clean right rather than issuing cash or partial refunds. Our goal is for you to have the spotless home you booked.
What if something is accidentally damaged during my cleaning?
Our technicians treat every home with extreme care. In the rare event an item is broken by our crew, we reimburse up to $100 per item when the value is verifiable (items over $25 require verification before replacement or reimbursement). Please save the item for inspection and report any breakage within 24 hours.
Why might an aged surface still show wear after a deep clean?
Porous or aged surfaces (such as unsealed grout, older caulk, etched glass shower doors, worn baseboards, or aged countertops) can absorb staining or mineral deposits over years. Where aggressive chemicals or abrasion would risk damaging your finish, we clean as thoroughly as safely possible.
