No. In fact, we work best without interruption. If you must be home, minimize distractions, keep children in a separate area, and wait until technicians are packing up before inspecting.

We offer upfront, flat-rate pricing based on your home's layout. Your quote is calculated from the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total square footage, along with your chosen service package and extras. You can also exclude specific rooms if you'd like us to focus our time elsewhere.
We stand by our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If we missed a spot, simply let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we will come back to fix it for free. Please note that we do not offer refunds or partial refunds.
For safety and quality standards, we do not offer:
- Laundry or washing dishes
- Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
- Cleaning of bodily fluids, mold, toys, pet/rodent waste, active infestations, or biohazards
- Post-construction, steam, or carpet extraction cleaning
No. For the safety and health of our technicians, we do not service homes with active rodent or pest infestations, or where excessive rodent waste (urine, feces), nesting materials, or carcasses are present. If these conditions are discovered after service has already begun, we will stop work immediately. A cancellation fee (50% of the scheduled service price) plus an appropriate fee for the time and cleaning already completed will be assessed.
