1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging the services of La Vera LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

La Vera LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services in and around Reno, NV. The specific scope of services, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon prior to each service appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified. Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Access to Property

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned at the scheduled time. If access is not provided and we are unable to complete the service, a lockout fee may apply. You represent that you have the authority to grant access to the property.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

• Secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items prior to our arrival.
• Inform us of any known hazards, pets, or special instructions before the appointment.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our staff.
• Health & Safety (Rodent/Pest Policy): For the safety and health of our cleaning technicians, we do not service homes with active rodent or pest infestations, or where excessive rodent waste (urine, feces), nesting materials, or carcasses are present. If these conditions are discovered after our team has already started cleaning, service will be halted immediately. A disruption/cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, plus an appropriate fee for the time and cleaning already completed, will be assessed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Clean Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided in lieu of a re-clean.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Vera LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, you must report it within 24 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured items.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Vera LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of La Vera LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
